Connect your physical inventory to your digital systems.
Every bin becomes a connected data point. Stock levels stream to the StockMonitor app as they change, closing the gap between what the system says and what is actually on the shelf.

Physical inventory, digital twin.
The cloud portal is a live digital representation of every bin on every shelf. What is on the screen is what is on the shelf — always.
The inventory gap in most smart factories.
Machines are connected, bins are not
Your machines report cycle times, your MES tracks production, but the bins feeding the line are still counted by hand. The inventory layer is the last analogue step.
ERP stock levels are always stale
The system says 500 in stock. The shelf says otherwise. Manual updates lag reality by hours or days, and planning decisions are made on old data.
No data, no optimisation
Without continuous inventory data, you cannot calculate consumption rates, predict run-out dates, or trigger replenishment automatically.
Close the loop with weight-based IoT.
An API for your ERP
Your ERP, such as Sage X3, reads live stock levels and alerts through the StockMonitor API with its own read-only key. Low-stock, empty, overfull and offline alerts also go by email.
Continuous data stream
Each scale reports about once a minute, and your ERP can read the same counts through the API, so systems show what is on the shelf now, not what was there at the last count.
Simple retrofit
No factory rewiring. Scales connect via USB-C, the Gateway plugs into your network by Ethernet. Deploy on a single shelf in a morning.
