Why did we build it?
Bins of small parts are the hardest inventory to keep accurate. Fasteners, fittings, seals and clips are taken by the handful, too small to barcode, and too numerous to count often. Yet running out of a single one can stop a production line or ground a machine. We built a system that measures what is physically in each bin, so the count is always right without anyone having to do anything.
The system is designed to retrofit. There are no proprietary containers and no racking changes. You slide a scale under each bin you already have.
